These are BAREFOOT shoes, so do not get these expecting them to have any real support. You can add some with insoles, but barefoot shoes are made to simulate you being barefoot, as that’s the point. I’ve tried barefoot shoes before, so I’m used to those, but I will say the soles on these are a bit thicker than others I’ve tried, so you aren’t literally on the ground. Shoes with extremely thin soles are probably better for you, but they aren’t enjoyable after a lifetime of walking in more supportive shoes.

I broke my pinky toe years ago and have low arches too. These are so comfortable and because they have the wide toe it makes my arches and toe not strain. Very much recommended.

I absolutely love these shoes! Comfortable & Cute. You can definitely feel the ground, but it's bearable & I think it feels great, especially the fact I can just wiggle my toes with ease. I took our fur babies for their walk with these on & I loved it, my feet were warm & comfy, I didn't even need to wear socks! (The dip below 32 degrees in the morning that we had recently in MO). Must Buy! :)

We live in Missouri, and our winters are cold with some snow and ice, but deep snowfalls are infrequent and don't usually remain long on the ground. I ordered these winter boots for my husband.
I think they will be perfect in winter for the daily dog walks, winter yard chores, his walking and possibly running workouts. The water resistant feature is a big plus.

We had an upcoming trip to Iceland, so I picked these up for hubs to help stay warm. Paired with some wool socks, they worked REALLY well. They stayed mostly water resistant - only slightly damp after a rainy hike on the first glacier we visited, but his socks were still dry, so had no problem continuing to wear them for the rest of the day.
They worked great visiting the waterfalls and during our snowmobile trip on the second glacier we visited. No issues with water or warmth at all.
Overall, these are a good pair of boots.
